PeptoSfera is operated from Brazil under Brazilian law. The Portuguese version at peptosfera.com.br/reembolso is the governing document; this English translation is for convenience.

This policy applies to paid plans. The free newsletter involves no charge and is not subject to refunds. Paid plans are processed by Kiwify, which acts as the payment intermediary and seller of the digital products (payment via Pix or card, in Brazilian reais). Note: paid checkout is currently CPF-based and completes for Brazilian customers.

1. Right of withdrawal (7 days)

Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and Decree No. 7,962/2013, you may withdraw from any online purchase within 7 calendar days of purchase, free of charge and without justification.

This right is non-waivable. Even if you have already accessed the purchased digital content, we offer a full refund within the first 7 days.

4. Subscriptions and renewal

4.1. If your plan is recurring (subscription), the amount, frequency and renewal date are shown at purchase and in the email confirmation. Before each automatic renewal, you receive an email notice, per Decree No. 7,962/2013.

4.2. Cancellation — you may cancel renewal at any time via editor@peptosfera.com.br or your Kiwify account. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains active until the end of the paid cycle.

4.3. For subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day withdrawal window, there is no pro-rata refund of the current cycle — only future charges stop, and access continues until the paid period ends.

5. Exceptions and limitations

Except for the non-waivable 7-day withdrawal right, a refund may not be granted where — with clear prior notice to the consumer — the service was fully rendered with express consent (e.g., an edition/report delivered) and the 7 days have elapsed; the cancellation is requested after the withdrawal period and the applicable billing cycle; or the account is terminated for the consumer's breach of the Terms of Use.
