1. Identification and acceptance

1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of PeptoSfera, an editorial newsletter at https://peptosfera.com.br ("Service"), published by José Carlos Wender de Brito, an individual based in São Paulo, Brazil ("Editor").

1.2. By accessing the site, subscribing, or reading any edition, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice. If you disagree, stop using the Service and do not subscribe.

5.2. Violations may result in access being blocked and the subscription cancelled, without prejudice to legal measures.

6. Adults only (18+)

6.1. The Service is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. By subscribing, you declare you are at least 18.

6.2. The content covers pharmacological substances and health topics unsuitable for minors. Under the Digital ECA (Law No. 15,211/2025), PeptoSfera is not directed at children or adolescents, and the Editor will delete any minor's data it becomes aware of, per the LGPD.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. All IP rights in PeptoSfera — brand, logo, visual identity, interface, text and editorial materials — belong exclusively to José Carlos Wender de Brito or its licensors, protected by Law No. 9,610/1998.

7.2. Copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any element of the Service without prior express written authorization is prohibited. Access grants no IP rights to the user.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Editor does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available 100% of the time.

12. Governing law and venue

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. 12.2. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve disputes. Where the user is a consumer, the consumer's domicile prevails (Art. 101, I, Consumer Protection Code).
